I’ve had a few messages lately from U.S. customers asking if new tariffs mean extra charges on their orders.
Totally fair question - here's my answer:
✅ Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. is suspending De Minimis (the duty-free entry we’ve all counted on for years). ✅ A 35% tariff is also expected on Canadian-made goods that don’t fit neatly under the Canada-U.S.-Mexico Agreement.
After August 29, 2025, I’ll be pausing U.S. shipping until further notice.
There’s just too much uncertainty right now, and I don’t want to risk surprise charges.
When things change or are updated so it's clear what any additional charges may be, I'll be back with a full explanation. Until then I apologize for the inconvenience.
Thanks so much for supporting a small business up north — I seriously appreciate it.
